Lynne Adrine is a career performance, organizational strategy and life coach. She believes in the power of the authentic self to lead people to fuller, more successful and more satisfying lives.

Building on more than 25 years in broadcast journalism and communications, Lynne works in partnership with her clients, combining their experience and her own to reveal greater options and greater potential for professional and personal growth.

Lynne received her certification as an Executive Leader Coach through Georgetown University’s Center for Professional Development. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and a Registered Organizational Development Professional (RODP) with The Organization Development Institute.

Lynne moved to coaching full time after 16 years as an award-winning producer at ABC News in Washington, D.C. She also has worked at CBS News, NBC News and CNN.

Since 1996, Lynne has been affiliated with the Poynter Institute for Media Studies. She has been visiting faculty and participant for seminars on ethics, diversity, and coverage of race relations. In 2001, Poynter selected her as one of 16 fellows in its first year-long program on Journalism Ethics.

Lynne grew up near Cleveland, Ohio. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in broadcast journalism from Boston University, and went on to graduate study at the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. She lives outside Washington, D.C. with her two children.
